You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Whether it’s a size issue, a style that doesn’t suit, or simply a change of mind, we’ve got you covered.

Flexible Return Conditions

Light try-on is fine—items don’t have to be in “perfect new” condition, just in reasonable shape.

Tags and packaging are welcome if you still have them, but not mandatory.

Hygiene-sensitive items (like underwear or pierced jewelry) and final sale items may not be returnable unless defective.
Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days once your return is confirmed.

The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

If your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we’ll refund you first and also arrange a free replacement shipped directly to your home. In some cases, you won’t even need to return the faulty item.
