Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Whether it’s a size issue, a style that doesn’t suit, or simply a change of mind, we’ve got you covered.

Easy Return Process

2. Simple Guidance – Our team will reply quickly with easy return instructions.

3. Ship It Back – Use any courier you prefer. A trackable option is recommended, but not required.

4. Resolution Your Way – Choose a refund or a replacement—whichever works best for you.

Flexible Return Conditions

• Light try-on is fine—items don’t have to be in “perfect new” condition, just in reasonable shape.

• Tags and packaging are welcome if you still have them, but not mandatory.

• Hygiene-sensitive items (like underwear or pierced jewelry) and final sale items may not be returnable unless defective.

Refunds

• Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days once your return is confirmed.

• The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

• If your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we’ll refund you first and also arrange a free replacement shipped directly to your home. In some cases, you won’t even need to return the faulty item.

Return Shipping

• For returns due to personal reasons (size, style, change of mind), customers cover return shipping.

• If the issue is our responsibility, we’ll handle all costs.
